Reports are digital content, delivered the moment you pay. Because of that, all sales are final once a report is unlocked — the same way a ticket is not refundable after the show.
No refunds after delivery. You are asked to confirm this at checkout before paying. If you are not sure, look at the free preview first: name, match score, and a full paragraph are shown before the paywall.
Digital content normally carries a 14-day right of withdrawal. At checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose that right once the report unlocks. This is why the confirmation box appears before payment — it is a legal requirement, not a formality.

Every purchase records the checkout, the consent confirmation, and the unlock event. If a chargeback is filed, we submit that record. Filing one instead of writing to us usually costs more time than it saves, and we would rather fix the problem.
