Our studies are entertainment. Reports describe patterns in how people approach situations; they are not psychological assessment, medical advice, a prediction, or a statement about your future. Do not make important decisions on the basis of a report.
Figures are real historical people, but the personality profiles attached to them are original editorial interpretations, not historical fact. Quotations are attributed to the best of our knowledge and marked where attribution is uncertain.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the site and the report you receive. You may share your result card and your result link. You may not resell reports, scrape the question bank, or republish substantial parts of the content without permission.
Reports are sold as one-time digital purchases and are delivered immediately after payment. All sales are final once a report is unlocked, except for the cases listed in Refunds. Creem acts as merchant of record; their checkout terms apply to the payment itself. Prices are shown before purchase and may change for future purchases.
Before paying you confirm that you want the report delivered immediately and that you understand you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once it unlocks. This consent is recorded with your purchase.
Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as merchant of record for every purchase. Creem handles card processing, sales tax and VAT, receipts, and the execution of refunds under its own terms. Where this page and Creem's checkout terms differ on the mechanics of payment, Creem's terms govern the payment itself; these terms govern the product and the report.
Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that are mandatory in your country of residence. If you live in the EEA or the UK, your statutory protections continue to apply alongside the consent you give at checkout for immediate delivery.
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue tests.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
